She specializes in employment and labor relations, corporate & commercial law, data protection, contracts, public procurement, and litigation. She has experience in all kind of litigation and dispute resolution procedures, especially labor disputes. Ivana has also extensive in corporate reorganizations and HR restructurings including mass redundancies and layoffs, turnarounds, transfer of employees and trade union relationships and collective negotiations. Ivana holds a law degree from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Laws. She is fluent in English and Serbian.
