After eight years of legal practice in major law offices, Jovana joined Doklestic Repic & Gajin office in Belgrade. She gained experience in various legal services, advising clients with diverse business interests. Jovana is also experienced in in-house legal counselling, providing complete legal guidance for the company’s operations, including but not limited to commercial contracts, consumer protection, energy, maintaining corporate governance, day-to-day advisory services, and compliance-related issues.

She has recently focused on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, M&A, and real estate matters.
