According to the Article 116 of the Law on Amendments and Modifications of the Labour Law (“Official Gazette RS” no. 75/2014) the Article 204 of the Labour Law regulating working booklets and Rulebook on Working Booklets (“Official Gazette RS” no. 17/97) ceased to apply as of 1 January 2016.
