DR&G law firm has advised EBRD in connection with signing of the Issuing Bank Agreement with NLB Banka AD Podgorica.
Doklestic Repic & Gajin law firm (“DR&G”) has advised European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) in connection with signing of the Issuing Bank Agreement (“Agreement”) with NLB Banka AD Podgorica, for the purpose of making available to NLB Banka a non-committed trade finance guarantee facility.
DR&G’s role consisted of preparing comprehensive capacity opinion for the benefit of EBRD, with regard to the Agreement that was signed with NLB Banka AD Podgorica.
