Doklestic Repic & Gajin law firm (DR&G) has advised PRONATAL Group from the Czech Republic in establishing a special hospital for gynecology in Belgrade, Serbia. The aim of the hospital is to, in the near future, obtain a license for in-vitro fertilization services.
Apart from Belgrade, PRONATAL Group also has its hospitals in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Zagreb (Croatia), with more than 300 hundred medical professionals. This makes it one of the largest of its kind in this part of Europe.
In this matter, DR&G’s provided to PRONATAL Group comprehensive assistance concerning the regulatory framework in Serbia and represented the client throughout the entire licensing process.
